HARVEY NICHOLS

Employer brand film for one of Britain's most iconic retailers.

The Challenge

Harvey Nichols needed to attract top-tier talent in a competitive retail landscape. Their reputation as a luxury brand was well established with customers - but their story as an employer wasn't being told. Internal teams across HR, marketing and operations needed a film that captured what it actually feels like to work at Harvey Nichols, without it feeling corporate or scripted.

The Approach

We embedded with the team across their Knightsbridge flagship to capture the real culture - not the polished version. The film was built around genuine staff stories, filmed in a documentary style that let people speak naturally about their roles, their progression and what keeps them there. We worked closely with the Group HR team to shape the narrative before cameras rolled, ensuring the final film aligned with their recruitment messaging and could be used across multiple platforms.

The Result

A flagship employer brand film that Harvey Nichols now uses across recruitment campaigns, LinkedIn, careers pages and internal communications. The relationship has since expanded across multiple departments including social content, OXO Tower and ongoing visual projects.

Deliverables

- Hero employer brand film

- Social cutdowns for LinkedIn and careers channels

- Photography stills from shoot day

Client Quote

"Sizzle make the journey seamless, the content has been excellent — so it's been a really easy relationship." - Caroline Hawker, Group Talent Acquisition Manager, Harvey Nichols
