The Challenge
The Equine Fitters Directory was a new venture that needed to establish credibility fast in a traditional, trust-driven industry. Horse owners rely on personal recommendations when choosing a saddle fitter — convincing them to use a digital directory required a film that felt authoritative, genuine and rooted in the equine world. The launch film needed to explain the platform's purpose while building trust with both fitters and horse owners.
The Approach
We took a documentary-style approach, speaking directly to qualified saddle fitters and horse owners to let the industry tell its own story. The film focused on the real problem — how difficult it can be to find a properly qualified fitter — and positioned the directory as the solution. Visually, we captured the craft and care involved in saddle fitting alongside the broader equine world, giving the film a warmth and authenticity that a straightforward explainer wouldn't have achieved.
The Result
